What is SatServ?
A quality comprehensive service agreement that covers all "stand alone" sky digital equipment, from a local established company. It is not insurance, no authorisations are required and there are no repair bills to pay. Call-outs are unlimited and all service is carried out by our own experienced qualified engineers.
Why do I need SatServ?
The sky equipment you have installed is your property. Once your initial 12 month sky contract expires, it becomes your responsibility, you will not be covered by sky or their agents for the repair of any equipment that has failed, call outs and repairs can be costly. You will not be able to sign up for "free" new equipment as sky only allow one system per household.
What happens if I have SatServ?
In the event of any problem arising, you will be given a priority service call to keep any lost viewing time to a minimum. Service is usually same working day if you phone us by 12 noon and always within two working days.
Our aim is to repair your equipment on site, if this is not possible a loan or replacement will be made.
What does SatServ cover?
Any fault in a standard professionally installed domestic system, including dish, LNB, cabling, digibox, software, telephone extension, remote control and magic eye if fitted. Damage caused by lightening and wind is also covered.
How much does SatServ cost?
SatServ only costs from £4.95 per month on standing order.
If you choose to pay yearly by cheque or debit card, you will get one month FREE, that's 12 months cover for the price of 11.
We do not charge any set up fees as with other companies.
How long does SatServ last?
The initial service agreement is for 12 months after which it is automatically renewed on a monthly or yearly basis depending on frequency of payment.
When does SatServ start?
As soon as we receive the first month's payment, you will not have to wait an initial 28 days as with some other companies.
What if I have more than one Digibox?
The cost of cover will be determined by the most expensive box with an extra £1.00 per additional box per month.
What if I have Sky+ or Sky+HD?
We will cover this under the same terms as a standard digibox but at £5.95 per month for Sky+ and £6.95 per month for Sky+HD.
What's the small print?
We do not cover theft of, or accidental damage to the receiver (this is usually covered by your house insurance).
We do not call out on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
